ALL TEE TIMES MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TURN UP AND PLAY WITHOUT A PRE-BOOKED SLOT.

NON-MEMBERS CAN BOOK 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE (ONLINE ONLY)

  • · Bronze members must pay their green fee with a card over the phone at time of booking. There will be no cash or card transactions in the clubhouse.
  • Tee times will be available from 7.50am to 6.30pm. To ensure social distancing on the golf course, tee time slots will be every 14 minutes to begin with.
  • Players must not turn up for their tee time more than 10 minutes before the allotted time. If earlier they must wait in their car. It is permissible to change in the carpark.
  • Putting Green is available for the 10 minutes leading up to your tee time only. It is NOT available for practice only.
  • The main gate will be open from 7.30am.
  • The changing rooms will not be open.
  • The toilets downstairs will be open – only one person is permitted at a time.
  • No Trollies or Golf Clubs available to Hire.
  • ON THE COURSE

    Please note and observe:

  • Stay 2 metres apart at all times.
  • The practice putting green can only be used immediately before play (provided the cups have been adapted).
  • The driving range is closed and is out of bounds.
  • Do not touch the pin. The holes have been adapted to stop ball falling into the holes.
  • All Bunkers will be GUR.
  • Do not pick up any ball apart from your own.
  • Only play with one ball.
  • No cards can be submitted for handicap purposes at this stage.
  • Members should take their mobile phones with them on the course for use in the event of an emergency.
  • If you are not using our Bar and Catering Services after your round, then you must leave the premises immediately.
  • IN THE CLUB HOUSE/ SHOP

    Clubhouse is now open 10am-5.30pm Mon-Sun.
  • Face coverings must be worn by staff, golfers and visitors in all indoor public areas (including toilets) except when seated in bars and restaurants and eating/drinking. You must put a face covering back on once you finish eating or drinking.
  • TABLE SERVICE ONLY – ONE PERSON per group to enter the clubhouse and WAIT TO BE SEATED. Please state your preference on sitting inside or outside.
  • TAKEAWAY service ONLY is available from the serving hatch.
  • Once at your table your order and payment (card only) will be taken. Your order will then be delivered to your table. ONCE you have received your food/drink you may remove your mask/face covering. You must put a face covering back on once you finish eating or drinking.
  • TRACK AND TRACE – QR Codes for the NHS Track and Trace have been put on each table and posters around the premises. You MUST either check in using this code OR fill out a track and trace form. Refusal to do this will result in you being told to leave the premises.
  • One way system in place – please follow the signs.
  • Golf Shop open 10am-5.30pm – Masks/face coverings are to be worn inside the clubhouse at ALL TIMES (except when seated and eating/drinking).
  • A range of golf balls, lake balls and other retail items are now available.
  • All other payments (i.e Buggy Hire) are still to be paid in advance over the phone.
  • Maximum of 6 people in a group at any one time – groups are NOT permitted to mix/mingle with each other (inside and outside). IF customers are seen to be breaking this rule then they will be required to leave the premises.
  • Maximum of 6 people per table (inside and outside).
  • Card payments ONLY – contactless is preferred ( For both The Woods Bar & Restaurant and The Golf Shop)
  • DRIVING RANGE

    Please note and observe:

    You MUST book in advance by calling 02476543141 – Maximum 1 hour slots. (If you are using a Driving Range Card you still need to book in advance).
  • Card Payments only (contactless preferably) – Payments will be taken from Reception from 10am-5.30pm.
  • Face coverings must be worn by staff, golfers and visitors in all indoor public areas (including toilets) except when seated in bars and restaurants and eating/drinking. You must put a face covering back on once you finish eating or drinking.
  • A one way system is in place – please follow the signs.
  • All other practice areas are CLOSED (putting and chipping areas only available if you have a tee time booked and only for the 10 minutes leading up to your tee time).
  • Maximum of 1 person per bay.
  • No hire equipment available.
  • Please note: Last driving range token sold at 5:30pm Monday - Sunday. If the driving range is being cleared it will be out of use for around 40 minutes. Please check ahead to avoid disappointment.
  • BAR AND CATERING SERVICE -

    Please note and observe:

    Clubhouse is now open 10am-5.30pm Mon-Sun.
  • The Service is only available AFTER your round – all processes before your round still apply. (TAKEAWAY service available BEFORE your round from 10am).
  • Service will be available every day from 10am to 5.30pm.
  • A full range of Draught Beer will be available along with hot drinks, but there will only be a reduced range of packaged drinks and food available.
  • Face coverings must be worn by staff, golfers and visitors in all indoor public areas (including toilets) except when seated in bars and restaurants and eating/drinking. You must put a face covering back on once you finish eating or drinking.

  • Draught Beer will be served in glasses but can be served in plastic pint glasses if preferred. Please indicate when ordering if you would prefer plastic glasses.
  • Bags, Clubs and trolleys are NOT PERMITTED on the decking or in the Clubhouse and should be taken back to your vehicle or stored under the Decking.
  • Please ensure you wash or sanitise your hands BEFORE entering the Service Area. There will be a sanitising station located at the top of the stairs.
  • On decking and in the clubhouse, tables and chairs will be available for your use. These have been socially distanced and should not be moved.

  • LIMITED seating available. There is currently NO time limit, however please be mindful of others wanting to use our services. A time limit may need to be implemented at a later date if any issues occur..
  • Breakfasts are available (when booked in advance by emailing brandonreception@coventrysports.co.uk) but under the maximum 6 people per table and no mixing with other groups.
  • Bacon/sausage batches now available to take away from 10am everyday.
  • NO STANDING at any time except when you are being served at the ordering point.
  • YOU MUST adhere to social distancing rules – Keep 2 metres apart if possible. If this is not possible THEN the 1 metre plus rule applies.
  • We will NOT be able to take cash. Please Pay by CARD ONLY Credit/Debit card or contactless payment preferably.
  • When your Order is ready it will be delivered to your Table.
  • Toilets will be available for Use Downstairs, but Customers are not allowed to enter either the Changing Rooms. Only one person is allowed into the toilets at a time. Please use the sanitiser provide upon entry and exit. Masks/ face coverings are to be worn.
  • When leaving, please return any empty glasses and trays to the Clearing Table and dispose of rubbish in the bins provided.
  • Our Staff will sanitise all tables and chairs after EVERY use.
  • We have three greenkeepers only at this time. Please respect them and give them priority. If they are working on a green, abandon your approach shot and move to the next hole.

    The reasons for these restrictions is to ensure all customers and staff are kept as safe as possible. This is the priority of England Golf and the priority of Coventry Sports trust. Please adhere to these rules which we hope to be as temporary as possible. Without wishing to be totally draconian, the option remains to close the course again if these restrictions are not adhered to.
